Terms and Conditions of Use

The use of any MasjidBoard Live Webapps is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • All files used for editing will always remain intellectual property of MasjidBoard Live. End-users are given permission to use these files. Note that this right is non-exclusive, non- transferable and limited by and subject to this agreement.

  • MasjidBoard Live reserves the right to add or remove features of their Webapps as it deems necessary and without prior notification.

  • Selling, licensing or renting the MasjidBoard Live Webapps to third parties for a fee is strictly forbidden.

  • The customer may not, or commission a third-party to, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or duplicate MasjidBoard Live Webapp software.

  • Neither the developers nor the distributors will be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, as a result of the use, reproduction, distribution or any other use of the MasjidBoard Live Webapps.

  • Neither the developers nor the distributors will be liable for or provide support for hardware and computer operating system problems. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all configurations are compatible with MasjidBoard Live software.

  • The monthly data-usage of 1-2 GB is an average. Windows OS, Mac OS and other installed software on your computer (eg. antivirus software) performs internet updates in the background. The developers of MasjidBoard Live are not responsible for data usage that exceeds the figure given for approximate monthly usage.

  • The customer hereby agrees to use MasjidBoard Live software in accordance with all operating instructions and agreed procedures, and not to change its configuration in any way.
